TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to WiseJets. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the WiseJets website, online forms, communications, quote requests, and related services. By using this Site, submitting a request, or communicating with WiseJets, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or submit any information through it.
ABOUT WISEJETS
WiseJets is an air charter broker. WiseJets does not own, maintain, operate, or control aircraft. WiseJets is not a direct air carrier.
WiseJets assists clients by arranging access to private air charter options through third-party direct air carriers. All air charter transportation services are offered and provided by properly licensed third-party direct air carriers, including FAA-licensed direct air carriers certified under applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, or properly licensed foreign direct air carriers where applicable.
The direct air carrier, not WiseJets, is responsible for aircraft operation, flight crew, maintenance, safety, operational control, and compliance with aviation regulations.
USE OF THE SITE
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site.
You may not use the Site to submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized requests. You may not attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with Site performance, copy Site materials for commercial use without permission, or use automated tools to collect information from the Site.
QUOTE REQUESTS
Any quote request submitted through the Site is a request for information and availability. Submitting a request does not create a confirmed booking, contract, or guaranteed price.
All quotes are subject to aircraft availability, operator approval, airport availability, crew availability, weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, regulatory requirements, passenger details, routing, timing, and other operational factors.
A flight is not confirmed until all required information has been provided, the applicable charter agreement or confirmation has been accepted, and payment requirements have been satisfied.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices may include estimated aircraft costs, positioning fees, airport fees, handling fees, crew expenses, taxes, regulatory fees, catering, ground transportation, de-icing, international fees, and other applicable charges.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, pricing is subject to change until the flight is confirmed. Additional charges may apply if the itinerary changes, passengers request additional services, airport conditions change, or operational requirements create additional costs.
Payment terms, refund rules, cancellation rules, and additional fees may vary depending on the selected aircraft, operator, route, and booking terms.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Changes and cancellations are subject to the terms of the specific charter agreement, operator rules, and third-party provider policies.
Cancellation fees may apply. Some costs may be non-refundable, including but not limited to aircraft positioning, crew expenses, permits, handling, catering, and other third-party expenses already incurred.
WiseJets will make reasonable efforts to assist with changes, rebooking, or alternative options, but availability and pricing cannot be guaranteed.
FLIGHT OPERATIONS
All flight operations are performed by third-party direct air carriers. The operating carrier has final authority over flight safety, aircraft operation, crew decisions, routing, delays, diversions, cancellations, passenger acceptance, baggage limits, and all operational matters.
Flights may be delayed, changed, or cancelled due to weather, mechanical issues, crew duty limits, airport restrictions, air traffic control, security concerns, government regulations, force majeure events, or safety-related decisions.
WiseJets is not responsible for delays, cancellations, diversions, missed connections, lost time, or other losses caused by operational decisions or events outside of WiseJets’ control.
PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, contact details, itinerary information, and any required travel documents.
Passengers are responsible for having valid identification, passports, visas, permits, health documentation, and any other documents required for travel. WiseJets is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, immigration issues, customs issues, or travel disruption caused by incomplete or incorrect passenger documentation.
Passengers must comply with all aircraft operator rules, safety instructions, airport rules, government regulations, and crew instructions.
BAGGAGE, PETS, AND SPECIAL REQUESTS
Baggage capacity depends on the aircraft type, route, passenger count, and operator requirements. Baggage limitations must be confirmed before departure.
Pets, oversized baggage, special equipment, catering, ground transportation, medical needs, or other special requests must be disclosed in advance and are subject to approval by the operating carrier or third-party provider.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND CONDUCT
Passengers may not bring prohibited, illegal, hazardous, restricted, or undeclared items onto an aircraft. Passengers may not engage in behavior that threatens safety, violates laws, disrupts operations, damages property, or interferes with crew instructions.
The operating carrier may refuse transportation to any passenger if required for safety, legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT
By submitting a form, requesting a quote, calling WiseJets, or otherwise providing your contact information, you agree that WiseJets may contact you about your inquiry, requested services, booking options, flight details, follow-up questions, and related customer service matters.
WiseJets may contact you by phone, email, text message, or other communication methods you provide. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing any service.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from WiseJets, you agree to receive SMS or MMS messages related to your inquiry, quote request, booking process, flight coordination, customer support, and related service communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You may request help by replying HELP or by contacting WiseJets through the contact details listed on the Site.
WiseJets will not sell or share your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
WiseJets may use third-party providers, including aircraft operators, payment processors, communication platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms, scheduling tools, and other service providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and procedures. WiseJets is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, performance, or policies of third-party providers.
WEBSITE CONTENT
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. While WiseJets aims to keep information accurate and current, the Site may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or availability changes.
WiseJets may update, change, or remove Site content at any time without notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, images, icons, layout, and branding, is owned by or licensed to WiseJets unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, or use Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from WiseJets.
PRIVACY

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WiseJets does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
WiseJets makes no warranty that a requested aircraft, route, schedule, price, or service will be available unless confirmed in writing as part of a booking.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiseJets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, lost opportunities, travel disruption, loss of data, or loss of business, arising from your use of the Site or services.
WiseJets is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, safety decisions, operational decisions, or service failures of third-party direct air carriers or other third-party providers.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WiseJets, its representatives, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your submission of inaccurate information, your violation of law, or your conduct in connection with requested services.
FORCE MAJEURE
WiseJets is not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, acts of government, regulatory actions, airport restrictions, mechanical issues, labor disputes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, public health events, technology failures, communication outages, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
WiseJets may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the state and federal courts located in Indiana, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
